American Built Arms Company can take your design concept and turn it into reality. We can take a 3-D model or a 2-D print and produce a SLA Prototype, a Machined Part, or an Injection Molded Part. We are capable of molding a wide variety of plastic

American Built Arms Company and our strategic manufacturing partners continually update and upgrade our machinery to meet the demand of our customers. All of our injection molding machines are state-of-the-art, computer controlled. Our machines range from 33 tons to 700 tons with a maximum shot of 111 ounces.
American Built Arms Company has access to a full service in house mold shop. We have CNC capacities and do prototype tooling as well as production molds. Our tool shop also produces fixturing and other products used to aid in production of plastic parts. We are able to provide diverse types of secondary operations. We also CNC second operation parts on a dedicated CNC automatic pallet changing mill that has only cut plastic.

Metal Parts
American Built Arms Company specializes in the manufacture of high precision/high complexity parts. We machine all metals in our Swiss CNC turning operation. We can efficiently produce lot sizes from prototype requirements to high volume with our flexible yet Productive equipment. We invest in the technology that can efficiently produce your high tolerance or complex parts.

American Built Arms Company is committed to investing in the latest technology available to meet the ever-developing product requirements for accuracy and intricacy.
Our Swiss Turning Equipment is based on the Citizen Line of CNC turning centers. Our feature machines are the Citizen M32 and the Citizen M20 Machines, which are equipped with milling capability on both the main spindle (full C Axis) and subspindle. All 14 of our Citizen CNC turning centers have live tool spindles, full C Axis, subspindles and high pressure coolant – providing flexibility to produce intricate parts. High-pressure coolant provides unique capability for deep hole drilling and the ability to machine exotic materials.

Our standard inspection equipment includes Bausch & Lomb microscopes, Mitutoyo Optical Comparator, Nikon Tool Makers Microscopes and the RAM Optical Instrumentation Starlite GX Video Measurement System (with 135x magnification). Our strategic manufacturing partners are ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified.
