The American Built Arms Company Return Policy is a replacement or exchange policy only. We do not provide monetary refunds for website orders. All Sales are final. Original sales receipt/email confirmation must accompany returns. We only accept returns for replacement or exchange for a product of equal or lesser value within 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer a product with material defects replacement or exchange of a product of equal or lesser value. Any refund issued will be less 15% for a restocking fee, and shipping is nonrefundable.
Products must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition. Definition of the new, unaltered, and unused conditions is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
• must not be a special order or a custom order
• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that product’s particular item description.
If a product contains material defects or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Service immediately. Items that contain material defects and are shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us, will qualify for replacement or exchange for a product of equal or lesser value only. Replacements or exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive them.
Again, you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store for exchange or replacement. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT qualify for exchange or replacement. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.
